AMY

My love for training all started within these same four walls after the first COVID lockdown in 2020. I originally planned to join for just three months to get in shape, but little did I know it would become so much more than that. I quickly discovered how incredible it feels to move and nourish my body every day—I got hooked and never looked back. Now, five years later, I’m thrilled to be on the other side as a coach, ready to help others on their journey.

I hold a Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition, Cert III & IV in Fitness, and I’m currently completing my Master Female Trainer Certification to specialise in pre & postnatal training. Alongside coaching at fortitude, I also run my own online coaching business, where I specialise in nutrition and share my knowledge to help others feel, perform, and look their best. My holistic approach to nutrition goes beyond just the food on your plate, but also helping others create balance by considering lifestyle factors such as sleep, stress management, recovery, and shifting your mindset to embrace a healthier, empowered way of living.

What I love most about strength & conditioning is how it pushes you beyond what you ever thought you were capable of —whether it’s lifting heavier, mastering new skills and techniques, or breaking through mental barriers in a challenging session.

As a coach, my goal is to help you build strength, boost confidence, and fuel your body to support both your training and lifestyle.

Outside of the gym, I’m a wife and a dog mum to two cocker spaniels and in my spare time you’ll probably find me on my snowboard in the mountains or camping by the beach.

See you in the gym!
